                   The Heart of Entrepreneurship


Let's start talking first about what is heart, this is the central part of a body, it is essential, is the motor of all the organism that motivates to act. Now, what is entrepreneurship? a definition of this says that is the capacity and willingness to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit. The most obvious example of entrepreneurship is the starting of new businesses. In economics, entrepreneurship combined with land, labor, natural resources and capital can produce profit. Entrepreneurial spirit is characterized by innovation and risk-taking, and is an essential part of a nation's ability to succeed in an ever changing and increasingly competitive global marketplace. " Managers describe entrepreneurship with such terms as innovative, flexible, dynamic, taking creative, and growth oriented". Heart an essential part this and have to be present in all the areas of entre of entrepreneurship.


There are familiar areas in this environment to work at, but also there are entrepreneurial environment that we will face risk, changes, It’s much easier and safer for companies to stay with the familiar than to explore the unknown, staying with the familiar may have its dangers, however, in today’s fast-changing world is necessary an injection of entrepreneurship, by which creative people are encouraged to strike out and come up with new products or services, may become important to the financial health of organizations. This world of changing create ares of  uncertainty but,  "Only by encouraging change and experimentation can
companies of all sizes adapt and grow in the midst of uncertainty".This is the essence of the meaning of "the heart of entrepreneurship".
